The citizens commission looking into the state's court system is recommending a lot of changes - big and small. That's NOW on New Hampshire Outlook. |
Hello/Intro CourtReturn to index of stories... |
Hello. I'm Richard Ager, Beth Carroll is on assignment. Welcome to New Hampshire Outlook. A citizen's commission examining ways to reform the state's courts has begun making its recommendations. Over the past year, the commission has examined all aspects of the court system from how families are treated to the use of technology. Members borrowed Reps Hall at the State House last week to begin voting on recommendations. Here's a look at some of the group's conclusions - and what led up to them. |

The courts commission was initially funded by two grants from the New Hampshire Bar Foundation and the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation. Its members were volunteers. Administrative, mileage and other costs are estimated at about 120-thousand dollars. |
